Enjoying a WONDERFUL winter day with some GREAT people. There are some beautiful meadows up American Fork Canyon. I'm lucky to live so close. I try to go snowshoeing every Saturday morning. We meet up in the canyon at 7 AM and then usually spend about 4 hours playing in the mountains. Most of these pictures come from our last trip up to a place called "Angel's Landing"

The snow drifts were beautiful. Brad took these pictures which I'm grateful for because he is a real photographer.

A Great Start to the New Year!

These are some of my darling little TRIATHLETES!!! I really enjoy working with these students. They are very self motivated, in fact, I'm not sure why I even show up to practice. They will be doing their first ever triathlon on March 29.
